Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products in Lake Forest, IL seeks a Senior Supply Chain Planner to lead production planning across plants, optimize service levels, inventory, and costs, and drive cross‑functional supply chain improvements.

You will develop master production schedules, analyze capacity, collaborate with manufacturing, finance, sales and logistics, mentor junior planners, and ensure compliance with SQF/GMP practices.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Procurement, Logistics or related field.
• 4+ years of related professional supply chain experience.
• Preferred experience in production planning, scheduling, demand planning, or distributions operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning across plants with clear scheduling direction.
• Develop and communicate weekly master production schedules.
• Monitor capacity and adjust schedules to meet service targets.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, customer service, finance, quality, and sales.
• Size and scope of portfolio influence level of responsibility.
• Mentor and develop supply planners within the team.
• Ensure compliance with SQF and GMP practices where applicable.
