Job summary

MACOM in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner to own full planning and scheduling across multiple contract manufacturers, ensuring delivery commitments align with the Master Production Schedule and customer requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain planning with ERP/MRP experience, SAP knowledge, and the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize inventories and production flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain Planning, production scheduling and/or Vendor Scheduling activities.
• Minimum 5 years experience working with an ERP system.
• Degree level standard and/or 5yrs of equivalent experience (preferably degree and/or third level education in supply chain and/or business-related areas)

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain supply plan for Contract Equipment Manufacturers to support MPS and customer needs.
• Lead planning for multiple product lines and contract manufacturers to meet delivery commitments.
• Manage and maintain inventory control systems per MACOM expectations.
• Strong knowledge of MACOM planning/ERP systems and project representation.
• Oversee planning and scheduling of contract manufacturers to meet delivery commitments.
• Represent MACOM planning in key CEM communications and weekly meetings.
• Self-sufficient and accountable for all role elements.
• Apply procedures and experience to solve standard problems and make judgments.
