Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sr Analyst- Supply Chain Functional Process Owner to partner with IT Solution Delivery, capturing requirements from end users and guiding Oracle-related upgrades and training across supply chain and manufacturing teams.

The role serves as the bridge between IT and business units, leading requirements gathering, process design, testing, and rollout of new functionality, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 5 years of Lean/Continuous Improvement experience.
• Experience in manufacturing supply chain planning and ERP/WMS/CMMS systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to train and coach.

Responsabilités

• Support a functional process owner for Oracle or critical systems responsibilities.
• Lead requirements gathering, configuration decisions, and documentation of processes.
• Create and implement comprehensive test plans for quarterly releases.
• Conduct Oracle training for new hires and rolling out new functionality.
• Liaise with IT Solution Delivery to vet options and drive improvements.
• Drive change management and ensure alignment for ERP changes impacting supply chain.
• Provide ongoing system guidance and knowledge dissemination to SMEs.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
