Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Sr Analyst- Supply Chain Functional Process Owner to bridge business needs with IT, focusing on Oracle modules and critical systems. You will gather requirements, configure solutions, and document processes, while training teams and rolling out new functionality. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Responsibilities include creating test plans, coordinating with IT, and ensuring system performance aligns with business goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in Lean/CI or supply chain roles.
• Experience with ERP/WMS/CMMS systems and Oracle modules.
• Strong communication and training abilities for end users and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and configuration for Oracle modules and other critical systems.
• Create test plans, execute tests, and validate quarterly releases.
• Develop work instructions and training materials for new functionality.
• Collaborate with IT to vet options and drive changes in ERP impacting supply chain/manufacturing.
