Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.

• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, macros, VLOOKUP, VBA).
• Travel up to 30% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist business cases for warehouse distribution and transportation optimization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to create capacity plans for current and future years.
• Lead strategic sourcing projects for end-to-end supply chain deployment.
• Support contract negotiations with external partners and cost reductions.
• Develop and improve SOPs for NPI Logistics and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
• Identify cost efficiencies and support ownership of total cost analyses.
• Deliver projects within scope, time, budget, and quality.
• Prepare white papers and planning documents for senior leadership.
