• 8+ years of Networking reps, not just Networking exposure.
• Strong working knowledge of Networking and Freight Forwarding.
• Pattern recognition across multiple business engagements.
• Ability to thrive both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build the 8-quarter view that survives contact with reality.
• Support Supply Chain Manager leadership with data-driven recommendations.
• Pull the MT field team's reality into the planning room.
• Run weekly numbers reviews that end with decisions.
• Cut three steps out of an approval chain.
• Negotiate partnerships that open new revenue channels.
• Own the P&L for business and report performance to senior leadership.
• Push a business pilot past the point where many pilots die.
