Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Optimization to partner with Regional Producing Bottlers and optimize costs from plant to distribution centers. You will lead multi-project workstreams, develop capital and operating plans, and translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

Strong analytical, modeling, and cross-functional leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in supply chain network design, optimization, or infrastructure planning.
Experience translating model outputs into business recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication for senior/executive audiences.
Track record of collaboration across organizations and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

Develop Supply Chain Business Cases Supporting RPB Supply Chain Infrastructure Strategies.
Build and validate supply chain network models using demand forecasts, transportation and manufacturing costs, capital requirements, production capacity, and other inputs.
Lead the application of Lyric on highly complex network-optimization projects and synthesize results into actionable recommendations.
Develop inputs for end-to-end value-chain analyses, cash-flow models, and capital-investment business cases (NPV, IRR, ROI).
Present findings and recommendations to the NPSG Board, Senior Leadership within RPBs, and Regional Bottler Personnel.
