• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CPA/MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in finance or accounting within manufacturing, supply chain, or cost accounting environments.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI for data visualization and modeling.
• Familiarity with SAP, MFT, and Impact ECS is a plus; ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Strong analytical ability with cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement Ops, and zone teams for robust business-case evaluations.
• Manage period close activities: GL analysis, OPEX tracking, P&L reviews, and COGS reporting.
• Deliver variance analysis and projections for budgets and rolling estimates; identify risks and opportunities.
• Support lease recognition governance and strengthen internal controls across processes.
• Utilize Power BI dashboards and financial modeling to uncover cost productivity opportunities.
• Provide agile project support across finance, operations, and technology teams.
• Assist in copacker and vendor performance evaluations within contractual frameworks.
