Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, materials management, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience with inventory management, production planning, warehousing and distribution operations.
• Lean Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site logistics, materials management, inventory control, production planning, receiving, warehousing, and shipping functions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Support inventory reduction initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency and customer delivery requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Sales, Planning, Procurement, and Operations teams to optimize material flow and inventory strategies.
• Ensure effective production planning and level loading to support inventory optimization and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain PFEP, replenishment strategies, and standardized material flow processes.
