Job summary

Hellbender in Pennsylvania is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to develop and manage end-to-end supply chain operations. You will establish vendor relationships, oversee purchasing and inventory, and drive efficiency across the Operations department in electronics manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in supply chain management, experience with SMT/PCB production, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with ERP and MS Office. Travel to vendors is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management in electronics manufacturing.
• 3+ years in an electromechanical product manufacturing environment with high-volume SMT/PCB production.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP software.
• Strong negotiation and vendor-management experience.
• Ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the supply chain strategy across the organization.
• Manage supplier relationships, delivery schedules, contracts, and pricing.
• Monitor KPIs to improve departmental effectiveness.
• Control lead times and inventory for production readiness.
• Collaborate with departments to capitalize on opportunities.
• Own and resolve issues across the supply chain.
• Develop and implement safety guidelines for the supply chain.
