Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our Ridgway, PA team. You will develop, implement, and manage supply chain processes, establish KPIs, and drive performance in planning and forecasting across operations, procurement, logistics and distribution.

You will mentor teams, lead continuous improvement initiatives, align current and future state process flows, and support global system standardization to improve efficiency and reliability across the plant and corporate SCM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of Supply Chain/Materials/Logistics experience.
• 3+ years progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Achieve SCM objectives by contributing to strategic plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Support the standardization and continuous improvement of business processes for global SCM systems.
• Develop SMEs/Key Users with regular interaction in key user groups.
• Support the development of new process technology for continuous improvement of SCM systems.
• Key contact for plants to drive root cause assessment, corrective action plans, and closure.
• Maintain current and future state process flows for core SCM processes.
• All other duties as assigned.
