Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager in Northwest Arkansas to lead all aspects of supply chain operations, including S&OP, procurement, materials management, and inventory control. You will drive team development and champion Lean initiatives across the network.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 8+ years of experience, and 5+ years of leadership. ERP and S&OP experience are essential; U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in supply chain, procurement, materials, or operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• 3+ years of ERP system experience.
• 3+ years of S&OP experience.
• Strong background in inventory management, supplier development, procurement, and production planning.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

A leading manufacturer serving aerospace, defense, and industrial markets is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead all aspects of supply chain operations, including S&OP, procurement, materials management, inventory control, supplier performance, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
