Job summary

ARxIUM INC is seeking a Supervisor of Supply Chain and Logistics in Buffalo Grove, IL. The role oversees purchasing, inventory, and warehouse operations, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and data-driven planning to meet production and customer demands.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and ensure cost-effective, on-time delivery across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5–10 years of progressively responsible supply chain experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Deep ERP experience, especially Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations from raw materials to finished goods.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, vendor selection, and distribution.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, inventory control, and transportation.
• Supervise Warehouse staff and ensure efficient processes.
• Create and maintain BOMs in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Provide business forecasts and production scheduling data.
• Analyze data and generate reports to improve productivity and efficiency.
