Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Management to lead end-to-end supply management for PSI and CUU. This hands-on, data-driven leader will stabilize daily execution while building scalable processes, talent, supplier capability, and long-term supply resilience.

You will partner with site leadership, Planning, Operations, Quality, Engineering and Finance to drive supplier performance, reduce risk, improve material flow, and optimize working capital across both sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, materials, sourcing, supplier management, or manufacturing operations.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience with responsibility for teams and cross-functional execution.
• Experience leading multi-site or cross-site supply-chain activities in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day supply management leadership across PSI and CUU, aligning priorities, standard work, metrics, and escalation paths.
• Build a cohesive cross-site operating rhythm that connects demand, purchasing, supplier commitments, production requirements, intercompany material flow, and customer priorities.
• Act as the senior supply-management escalation point for shortages, supplier constraints, late material, quality holds, and cross-border flow issues.
• Drive supplier OTD, past-due reduction, lead-time improvement, cost productivity, and continuity of supply.
• Establish governance for cycle-count findings, blocked or nonconforming material, and supplier-related inventory exposure.
