Job summary

Ascent Protein in Denver seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to lead the end-to-end supply chain for our growing brand across 30+ products sold online, direct-to-consumer and in major retail channels. Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape inventory planning, manage co-manufacturers and external partners, and build a scalable supply chain to support ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, planning, logistics, operations, or related field.
• Eight years of progressive supply chain experience across planning, inventory, logistics, operations, external manufacturing, or fulfillment.
• Experience leading supply chain in consumer products, CPG, food and beverage, nutrition, or similar complex product environment.
• Experience working with co-manufacturers, co-packers, third-party warehouses, 3PLs or other external partners.
• Strong experience with demand planning, production planning, materials planning, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as head of supply chain, lead day-to-day operations and development.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain: planning, inventory, external manufacturing, warehousing, fulfillment.
• Build capabilities balancing service, inventory, cost, quality, and finances.
• Manage co-manufacturers and external production partners across product portfolio.
• Hold partners accountable for quality, schedules, service, capacity and delivery.
• Lead demand, production, and materials planning for 30+ products.
• Set inventory targets to ensure availability while balancing working capital.
• Evaluate network of partners to improve service, efficiency, scalability, and cost.
• Lead vendor negotiations and improve supply chain economics.
• Collaborate with Finance, Quality, IT, Master Data, and Leprino Supply Chain.
• Support e-commerce, DTC, and retail channels with scalable solutions.
• Build scalable supply chain capabilities for future growth.
• Develop and mentor a direct report and strengthen planning capabilities.
