Job summary

Leprino Foods Company’s Ascent team in Denver seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain for 30+ products across e-commerce, DTC, and major retailers. You will shape inventory planning, partner with co-manufacturers, and drive scalable, cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, planning, logistics, operations, or a related field.
• Eight years of progressive supply chain experience spanning planning, inventory, logistics, operations, external manufacturing, or fulfillment.
• Experience in consumer products, CPG, food/beverage, nutrition, or similarly complex environments.
• Experience with co-manufacturers, co-packers, 3PLs, or other external partners.
• Strong experience with demand planning, production planning, materials planning, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain for Ascent consumer products and external partners.
• Set inventory targets balancing availability, working capital, and forecast variability.
• Manage co-manufacturers/partners, ensuring quality, schedules, and reliable delivery.
• Lead demand, production, and materials planning for 30+ products.
• Negotiate with vendors to improve cost and service.
• Collaborate with Finance, Quality, IT, Master Data, and Leprino Supply Chain.
• Support e-commerce, DTC, and retail channels with scalable supply chain solutions.
