Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager for Supply Chain Management Central Division, based in the Field or Home Office in Bentonville, AR. You will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, drive process improvements, and lead a team to optimize merchandise flow across distribution networks and fulfillment centers.

You will analyze data to identify root causes of exceptions in shipping, receiving, inventory, and returns, and manage external partnerships to ensure compliance and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; 4 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area and 6 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
• 2 years' experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
• Analyze data and root causes of exceptions related to shipping, receiving, inventory, and returns to improve network efficiencies.
• Oversee relationships with external partners, communicating expectations and leading audit processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align supply chain execution with sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
• Drive process improvements using lean concepts and cost reduction strategies.
• Lead and develop associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
