Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
• Experience with dashboards and data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Walmart systems and applications (WTMS, Transom, Blue Yonder, Retail Link).

Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance supply chain and replenishment processes with cross‑functional teams.
• Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify root causes of shipping, receiving, inventory, and return issues.
• Support supplier compliance and conduct performance reviews of merchandising, distribution centers, and suppliers.
• Act as liaison for field operations to communicate expectations and resolve escalated issues.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using lean concepts and end‑to‑end costing to reduce waste and optimize costs.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to identify business needs and monitor progress toward objectives.
