Maker's Pride in Lakeville, MN is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to lead advanced planning and coordination of production, materials, and finished goods shipments. This onsite role requires strong collaboration with customers and suppliers to optimize service levels and working capital.

Responsibilities include creating production schedules, managing POs, and ensuring ERP data integrity across BOMs and routings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, certifications and experience.
• 4+ years of supply chain experience; direct customer contact required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and adjusts production schedules aligned with forecasts, capacity, and needs.
• Manages materials planning and purchasing activities, including PO management and resolution of supply exceptions.
• Oversees inventory lifecycle, aging, usage, and disposition to meet production requirements.
• Supports ERP setup including BOMs, routing instructions, and data integrity.
• Coordinates outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and service targets.
• Maintains supply chain data, reporting, and records for customers and operations.
• Leads process improvements to optimize inventory levels and procurement efficiency.
