Job summary

Air Lift Performance in Lansing, Michigan is seeking a Supply Chain Engineering Project Manager to lead technical supply chain projects from concept to closure, focusing on the existing product base. You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Materials, and Operations to drive results and ensure clear technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.
• Five or more years of experience in manufacturing, supplier engineering, supplier quality, technical project management, or related Supply Chain roles.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specs, tolerances, and requirements.
• Experience with APQP/PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, and supplier-quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned Supply Chain technical projects from definition through implementation and closure.
• Develop and manage project timing, milestones, action registers, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional actions to completion and address timing, requirements, supplier performance, or resource risks.
• Apply PDCA and structured problem solving to establish recovery plans and keep timing.
