Job summary
Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Principal Supply Chain Data Engineer & Analytics Lead to build the data foundation and analytics engine for supply chain transformation. You will partner across ERP, WMS, WCS, and planning systems to deliver reliable data pipelines, dashboards, and predictive insights that improve service, cost, and inventory.
The role emphasizes translating complex data into executive-ready insights and leading analytics governance, with remote work options in the U.S.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (supply chain, engineering, data science, CS, IS, analytics or finance).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analytics or data engineering.
- Experience turning complex operational data into insights and decision-support tools.
- Experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from ERP and SC platforms.
- Strong communication and ability to translate data into business insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data models, pipelines, and reporting for logistics, planning, inventory, warehousing, and fulfillment.
- Extract, transform, and integrate data from ERP, MRP, DRP, WMS, WCS, TMS and related systems.
- Design dashboards and scorecards that translate data into actionable insights.
- Create predictive analytics, models, and AI-enabled use cases to improve service and cost.
- Translate technical analysis into executive-ready business cases and recommendations.
