Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Principal Supply Chain Data Engineer and Analytics Lead to build the data foundation, analytics capabilities, and insight engine for our supply chain transformation. You will partner across enterprise systems to extract, connect, structure, analyze, and visualize data that drives service, cost, inventory, and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analytics or data engineering.
• Ability to turn large operational data sets into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from ERP systems and supply chain platforms.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (demand planning, supply planning, MRP/DRP, warehousing, distribution, transportation).
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with business impact focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply chain data models, pipelines, and data structures for reporting and decision support.
• Extract, transform, and integrate data from ERP, MRP, DRP, WMS, WCS, TMS, planning, finance, and other systems.
• Design dashboards, scorecards, and visualization tools translating data into insights and recommended actions.
• Analyze large data sets to identify patterns, risks, and improvement levers across the supply chain.
• Develop predictive analytics, optimization models, and AI-enabled use cases to support decision-making.
• Support opportunity funnel development by quantifying savings, impacts, and trade-offs.
• Create tools to support decisions on network performance, inventory positioning, and service levels.
• Translate analytics into executive-ready business cases and recommendations.
