Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Principal Supply Chain Data Engineer and Analytics Lead in the United States to build the data foundation, analytics capabilities, and insight-generation engine for our supply chain transformation.

You will develop data pipelines, dashboards, predictive models, and AI-enabled use cases, partnering with IT and business teams to drive measurable improvements in service, cost, inventory, and supply chain agility.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analytics, data engineering, or related fields.
• Experience extracting, transforming, validating, and analyzing data from ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes from demand planning to customer fulfillment.

• Develop and maintain data models, pipelines, and data structures for reporting across logistics, planning, inventory, warehousing, and fulfillment processes.
• Design dashboards and management reporting translating complex data into clear business insights and recommended actions.
• Develop predictive analytics, optimization models, and AI-enabled use cases to support service, cost, quality, inventory, and capacity decisions.
