Job summary

Hy-Tek Intralogistics is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Consultant to lead client engagements across network design, material handling, and automation strategy. You will develop practical, data-driven recommendations and implement action plans to improve service, cost, capacity, and scalability.

The role requires strong analytical modeling ability, experience in WMS/LMS/TMS initiatives, and proven project leadership. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum, preferred B.S. Industrial Engineering; MBA/BCOM or related business degree can be considered.
• 4–8 years of experience in supply chain operations, the material handling industry or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide supply chain strategy, operations, industrial engineering, and management consulting services to clients across diverse industries.
• Engagements cover network strategy, MHE systems planning/implementation, labor management systems, WMS/LMS/TMS, and lean improvement.
• Develop deliverables per project SOW within defined timelines; include capacity and financial modeling, process flows, SOPs, and engineered standards.
• Support data analytics to define planning requirements and communicate findings to client stakeholders.
• Travel to client sites and Hy-Tek offices as required; mentor junior staff and guide consulting teams.
