Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior Specialist, Supply Chain Management (Compliance Analyst) to conduct PO file reviews, develop training tools, and drive process improvements for FAR/DFARS compliance on defense contracts.

You will manage internal audits, create corrective action plans, maintain procurement records in Oracle EBS, and guide procurement staff on compliance while coordinating with Contracts and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of compliance experience, or Graduate Degree with 4+ years of prior related compliance experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of relevant compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of purchasing processes to ensure FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Prepare and manage supplier terms and flow-down documents.
• Maintain procurement records in the ERP system.
• Develop corrective action plans and lead training on compliance.
