Job summary

RTX in Aurora, CO is seeking a Sr Assistant for Supply Chain Support to provide IT COTS product support and limited hardware/software services to a broad customer base. The role is 100% on site with a Monday–Friday schedule and hours 08:00–18:30.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma or AA degree with 2 years of related experience, and an active and transferable TS/SCI clearance with Poly. Strong IT, supply chain, and customer service skills are required.

Qualifications

HS diploma or AA degree with 2 years related experience.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly required before start.
US citizenship required; eligible for security clearance.
Experience with supply chain, IT support, and customer service.

Responsibilities

Using technical judgment to maintain and utilize customer approved products list and perform duties as assigned.
Identify opportunities for improvement and relay to Raytheon program management based on customer interactions
Maintain and utilize customer approved products list
Experience working with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
100% on site
Other tasks as assigned
