Job summary

Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain in the United States. You will lead day-to-day analytics, drive process improvements, and advance digital capabilities through automation and control tower initiatives.

Responsibilities include owning data and reporting for budgets and reviews, performing analyses, and partnering with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions that enhance supply chain responsiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain, and systems (MES, ERP, COC/COI).
• Strong project management and process analysis skills.
• Experience designing, maintaining, and improving processes.
• Understanding of metrics and KPIs driving supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication and organization with multi-tasking ability.
• Advanced Excel or coding skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end supply chain data and reporting for budget management, business reviews, and quality management review.
• Performs hands-on data analyses, reporting, and modeling to inform decisions.
• Partners with supply chain functions to understand processes and enable analytics delivery.
• Develops efficient workflows and builds tools to drive dashboard capabilities and decision making.
• Translates business requirements into technical specifications and communicates technical concepts clearly.
• Maintains SOPs, job aids, forms, and change controls for formal implementation activities.
• Plans and collaborates on data-driven projects to improve internal tools and data outputs.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and KPIs.
