Job summary

Plante Moran in the United States is seeking a data analytics professional to join its management consulting team. You will develop client deliverables, research design, data gathering, analysis, visualizations, and storytelling for senior executives.

You will design surveys, analyze data, and support client objectives while contributing to proposals and client relationships. Some travel within the Midwest is required and the role is exempt, with a bias toward in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, data analytics preferred.
• 3–5 years of management consulting or data analytics experience preferred.
• Manufacturing, supply chain, and automotive experience is desired.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data storytelling to top management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce client deliverables and presentation material including qualitative and quantitative research design, data gathering, data analysis, data visualizations, and data storytelling to clients, including senior industry executives
• Develop, execute, and analyze surveys and interviews to support client research objectives
• Design and execute exploratory research using internal historical research data and externally available data to support the enrichment of client services including, but not limited to, validation and evolution of Working Relations Index® methodologies, cost benefits of robust commercial relationships, and strategic opportunity and risk identification for clients.
• Develop and produce presentation material for public presentations and media requests
• Contribute to practice development proposals, engagement letters, and client relationship-building activities
