Job summary

Crane Pumps & Systems, based in Piqua, OH, seeks a Senior Supplier and Process Quality Engineer to own the Quality Management System and lead fundamental quality tools. You will coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain, visiting customers and suppliers as needed to ensure quality conformance.

You will implement data-driven investigations, CAPA, and supplier development initiatives to improve delivery, conformance, and responsiveness, while supporting ISO 9001/IATF 16949

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years in a manufacturing/quality environment.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own the Quality Management System end-to-end and drive simplification and scalability.
• Lead PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, and MSA.
• Coordinate PPAP and FAI activities to validate parts and processes.
• Drive data-driven investigations and durable corrective actions.
• Support ISO certification readiness, audits, and CAPA follow-through.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to improve process capability.
