Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 5+ years in supplier-related roles OR a Master's/PhD with related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with clear communication.
• Experience working with suppliers and across global teams; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification activities for new and existing suppliers and assess capabilities.
• Define and maintain supplier process documentation, POR, and change control processes.
• Drive PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and RCCA/8D problem solving for supplier issues.
• Support supplier audits, supplier qualification, and manufacturing readiness for NPI and ramp.
• Collaborate with Product Group Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain to mitigate risks.
