Job summary

Flexcon is seeking a Supplier Quality Manager to develop and maintain the supplier quality program. You will work with procurement, R&D, and sourcing to ensure materials meet quality and regulatory standards.

The role requires 7+ years in material science, a STEM degree, and strong problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork skills. Base salary ranges with a full benefits package and performance bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering or STEM is preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience with material science.
• Knowledge of material science or direct experience in the pressure sensitive industry is highly desired.
• Ability to implement and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the company’s Supplier Quality Management Program.
• Establish and maintain supplier quality requirements based on material criticality and customer needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Lead supplier audits and supplier improvement programs.
• Collaborate with procurement, R&D, and sourcing on qualification and ongoing performance.
• Understand regulatory needs for raw materials and ensure compliance.
