Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Lead to drive end-to-end supplier quality for manufacturing and large-scale data-center infrastructure in the United States. You will mentor a growing team, own supplier qualification, audits, and continuous improvement, and collaborate with procurement, engineering, and construction stakeholders to ensure top-tier quality across the supplier base.

Qualifications

• You've led supplier quality across manufacturing and large-scale infrastructure, owning end-to-end quality.
• You've managed and grown a team of quality engineers and set the function standard.
• You've run supplier qualification, audits, and corrective-action processes to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of supplier quality engineers across manufacturing and data center infrastructure, owning quality from supplier selection through delivery.
• Lead supplier qualification, audits, and ongoing performance management for components and building materials.
• Develop and enforce quality control standards, inspection protocols, and acceptance criteria across the supplier base.
• Serve as the organizational SME on supplier quality, guiding procurement, engineering, and construction stakeholders.
• Own quality KPIs and metrics, and drive root-cause and corrective action on supplier quality issues through to closure.
• Represent the function in leadership reviews and executive escalations, including customer executive business reviews.
