Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a hands-on Supplier Quality professional to own quality for mechanical and HVAC equipment. You will lead supplier audits, drive factory acceptance tests, and create inspection plans from drawings to ensure all parts meet exacting standards.

The role rewards practical problem solving, data-driven corrective actions, and close collaboration with suppliers and internal teams. If you have proven success reducing escapes and improving supplier performance under tight schedules,

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier quality for mechanical or HVAC manufacturers.
• Experience witnessing factory acceptance tests (FAT).
• Ability to write inspection plans from drawings and specs.
• Proven corrective actions that close with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier quality for mechanical equipment on the shop floor.
• Run supplier audits and production readiness reviews before award and source inspections before shipment.
• Set inspection and test plans with agreed points for FAT/QA.
• Drive root cause and corrective action on quality escapes with verifiable evidence.
