Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years in manufacturing, quality, or product engineering in high-volume environment.
• Proven RCCA/8D, A3, or CAPA problem-solving skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
• Proficient in MS Excel; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Knowledge of GD&T; SPC and MSA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Establish supplier quality processes and drive improvements in supplier quality performance.
• Lead containment actions, perform failure analysis, determine root causes, and validate long-term corrective actions.
• Own the supplier part failure analysis process and drive containment and permanent corrective actions.
• Serve as a voting member of the site-level Change Implementation Board to ensure safe, compliant changes.
• Coordinate supplier quality audits and cross-functional activities to support production continuity and quality improvements.
