Job summary

Boston Scientific Corporation in Arden Hills is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to drive performance improvement of metal suppliers and expand their capabilities to meet stringent quality standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across receiving, manufacturing, testing, and assembly to ensure components meet Boston Scientific requirements and support global sourcing and quality systems.

Qualifications

BS degree in Engineering or similar with minimum 4 years of quality engineering experience.
Experience in metal manufacturing, precision machining, tubing, or similar.
Experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 9001) and CAPA.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with project teams; travel up to 10%.
Lead auditor certification to ISO13485/9001 preferred.

Responsibilities

Plans and leads supplier audits to assess regulatory and Boston Scientific requirements.
Develops corrective actions and assesses supplier capabilities through on-site visits.
Investigates field failures and supports supplier performance improvement.
Leads cross-functional projects to improve quality systems and processes.
Establishes relationships with suppliers and drives strategic supplier objectives.
