Harbinger Motors Inc. is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer (Fasteners) to partner with Engineering, Suppliers, Purchasing and Manufacturing to define and implement supplier quality processes and drive continuous improvement.

The role focuses on QMS implementation, APQP, PPAP, and ensuring materials and processes meet quality standards. The engineer will lead audits, monitor supplier performance, and drive corrective actions while supporting lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 3–7 years experience in manufacturing quality or supplier quality in automotive or aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier quality standards and processes.
• Inspect materials, equipment, processes, and products against quality specs.
• Plan and conduct supplier audits to assess quality systems.
