Job summary

Indigo Technologies in Massachusetts seeks a seasoned Supplier Quality Engineer to define critical-to-quality characteristics and inspection plans, and to lead root-cause analyses on non-conformances.

You will review supplier process controls, create scorecards, and drive corrective actions in collaboration with Supply Chain and Engineering on first articles and readiness. 5+ years in quality engineering, preferably EV/ automotive, BS in Engineering required.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience in supplier quality.
• 5+ years of practical quality engineering experience, preferably in EV or automotive.
• Working knowledge of quality and testing tools.
• Strong communication skills for on-site and remote supplier engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define critical-to-quality characteristics and incoming inspection plans.
• Review supplier process controls and create simple scorecards with feedback loops.
• Lead problem-solving on non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering on first articles and readiness.
