Job summary

Fluence is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to manage the quality of Battery and BESS equipment. This role involves auditing suppliers and driving continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating across engineering, procurement, and operations teams.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and over 5 years of Supplier Quality experience. We seek someone with strong knowledge of quality standards and a passion for enhancing supplier performance in energy storage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality or Quality Engineering.
• Experience with Batteries and BESS equipment.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier qualification and audit processes.
• Review and approve PPAP documentation.
• Drive corrective actions for supplier Non‑Conformance Reports.
