Job summary

Mytra is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to lead end-to-end supplier quality for electrical components as the company scales from prototype to volume production. You’ll own qualification, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement, working closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure repeatable, scalable quality.

You’ll spend significant time on-site at supplier facilities, conduct audits worldwide, and drive corrective actions with suppliers while balancing risk

Qualifications

• Experience owning supplier quality end-to-end from qualification through production ramp.
• Ability to lead on-site supplier audits domestically and internationally.
• Proven track record applying PFMEA, Control Plans, FAIs/PPAPs and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an electrical supplier base to deliver repeatable quality at scale.
• Design and execute supplier qualification and audit framework across suppliers.
• Review and approve supplier quality documentation (FAIs, PPAPs, PFMEAs, Control Plans).
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions with suppliers.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering and Manufacturing to align risk and priorities.
