Job summary

Designs methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision of production processes, equipment and finished products. * Designs, implements and maintains quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.* Responsible for planning, implementing and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements for worldwide distribution.* Designs methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of production processes, production equipment and finished products.* Performs analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary. May assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards (i.e. GLP, GMP, ISO, Six Sigma).# Qualifications**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.* 5+ years of experience in supplier or parts quality engineering.* Strong understanding of GD&T, metrology, and quality systems.* Direct experience across a broad range of electromechanical and electronic components — including displays (LCD/OLED/LED), PCBAs, CPUs/processors, bill validators, card readers, and similar commodities — spanning supplier qualification, component reliability, and field failure resolution.* Experience conducting audits and leading supplier improvement programs.* High Proficiency with statistical tools and root‐cause methodologies (8D, DMAIC).* Strong influencing, and supplier-negotiation skills.* Proven success driving strategic quality improvements. *Light & Wonder and its affiliates (collectively, L&W) are engaged in highly regulated gaming businesses.
