Responsibilities

• Audit supplier quality systems and processes to improve quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Develop 8D reports and supplier quality metrics.
• Create analytics on warranty data using Excel, SQL and Power BI.
• Support warranty administration and supplier audits.
