Job summary

Archer, based in San Jose, CA, seeks a Senior Systems Owner with 5+ years in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Engineering focused on Integrated Flight Control Systems and Environmental Control Systems. You will interact with suppliers to ensure LV avionics integration, traceability, and quality per DO-178C/DO-254.

Qualifications

5+ years in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Engineering for flight systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering.
Deep knowledge of IPC-620 and IPC-A-610 standards.
Ability to troubleshoot box-level issues on-site and run ATP/ESS tests.
Experience with AS9145 APQP/PPAP and supplier design verification.

Responsibilities

Act as primary link between Design Engineering and suppliers.
Evaluate supplier capacity for complex wire harnesses.
Support DO-178C/DO-254 quality oversight when needed.
Verify LV requirements and avionics integration with suppliers.
Ensure BOM traceability using PLM/ERP systems.
