Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate, Supplier Quality Engineering in Alpharetta, GA. You will ensure the delivery of quality parts from the supply base and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities include containment, root-cause analysis, supplier audits, and KPI reporting. Onsite work with occasional travel, and potential DoD clearance eligibility. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track containment, root cause, and corrective actions on non-conformances and returns.
• Interface with customers and program personnel.
• Communicate quality flow-down requirements to the supply base.
• Ensure First Article Inspections meet AS9102 prior to approval.
• Perform supplier audits for onboarding or surveillance of critical suppliers.
• Analyze supplier performance and drive corrective actions to reduce COPQ.
• Manage KPI data and report monthly to leadership.
