Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) in Hazelwood, Missouri, seeks a Senior Supplier Program Management Specialist (Level 4) to join the A-MH team onsite. This role leads strategic supplier management, guides performance through contract phases, and drives actions to ensure delivery of complex defense programs.

The position requires a technical degree and 5+ years of supplier management experience, with willingness to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Technical Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in a mathematical, scientific or information technology field.
• 5+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.
• 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.
• 5+ years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities.
• Lead stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases.
• Conduct supplier assessments and develop current and projected work statements.
• Lead and establish basis for recovery, corrective and preventive action plans.
• Communicate supplier and organizational performance plans, risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Develop and execute work movement plans.
