Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Sr. Manager, Supplier Performance Management at our Johns Creek, GA facility. The role leads supplier performance, SLAs, KPIs, and cost-reduction strategies, collaborating with MS&T and procurement teams to drive value and continuity.

7+ years of relevant experience and 5+ years of leadership are required, with on-site hours Monday–Friday and up to 10% travel. Ideal candidates will have strong data analytics skills (Excel, Power BI) and experience negotiating complex supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 7 years of relevant experience.
• 5 years of demonstrated leadership.
• Onsite location with regular business hours.
• Travel up to 10% and sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supplier management plans for key materials through QBRs, KPI reporting and contracting coverage.
• Develop and drive strategic initiatives that offer cost savings, alternative suppliers, and business continuity.
• Apply data analytics to identify trends in spending, delivery and quality data to identify opportunities.
• Support site budgeting, spend variances and project management with MS&T and Procurement teams.
• Develop and present business cases to SLT to secure buy-in on continuous improvement strategies.
