Job summary

Alcon seeks Sr. Manager, Supplier Quality in our Quality & Regulatory Affairs team. You will lead the supplier management program across our global network, focusing on evaluation, qualification, capability assessment and performance monitoring to ensure uninterrupted supply of high-quality components.

Location options include Lake Forest, CA or Fort Worth, TX or Johns Creek, GA with onsite work. You will mentor staff, drive CAPAs, oversee audits, and collaborate with Global Sourcing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or related combinations).
• Fluent English (U.S.) communication.
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience
• 5 Years of Demonstrated Leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier management across the global network focusing on evaluation, qualification, capability assessment and performance monitoring.
• Supervise supplier CAPAs to mitigate root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Facilitate global supplier performance monitoring and report to senior/executive management.
• Mentor supplier quality personnel and lead cross-functional meetings.
• Develop and improve procedures, policies, and quality assurance methodologies.
