Job summary

RTX seeks a seasoned Supply Chain professional to lead Supplier Performance and Management in a remote-capable role. You will coordinate with mission, engineering, and operations to monitor supplier performance and drive affordability, meeting contractual and business objectives.

Lead cross-functional teams, develop supplier strategies aligned with technology roadmaps, and communicate updates at executive levels. Travel may be required to engage suppliers and align with RTX priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in ops, PM, or supply chain.
• Experience in supplier performance management and affordability.
• U.S. person or eligible to obtain export authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier performance teams across up to six suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet contractual and business objectives.
• Conduct executive reviews and briefings on supplier performance and strategies.
• Develop supplier strategies aligned with Raytheon technology roadmaps and capacity ramp-ups.
• Travel up to 25–50% to engage domestic suppliers.
