• Support supplier evaluation, selection and startup.
• Align supplier strategy with business needs and priorities.
• Build relationships with study teams, procurement, QA and suppliers.
• Lead supplier risk management at portfolio and study level.
• Identify process improvements with suppliers and Amgen stakeholders.
• Support standardization of clinical trial execution across programs.
• Assist with evaluation of new technologies and innovations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor direct reports.
