Responsibilities

• Lead supplier development and industrialization programs in NA.
• Oversee supplier KPI setting, scorecards, escalation, and training.
• Manage Production Readiness Review and supplier approval processes.
• Drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements with external partners.
• Mentor a team of technical experts and guide component development.
