Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data including delivery rates, capacity analysis, bottlenecks, and collaborate with quality engineers to assess performance.
• Identify root causes of deficiencies uncovered during assessments.
• Develop plans of action and milestones (POA&Ms) addressing root causes.
• Manage execution and follow-through of POA&Ms.
• Support identification and recommendation of supplier investments, audits or oversight opportunities.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Travel on-site to suppliers as applicable.
